Southern metal "supergroup" featuring Phil Anselmo of Pantera, Pepper Keenan of Corrosion of Conformity, and a few members of the grindcore band Crowbar. It comes as no surprise, then, that the music sounds very much like a combination of all three bands: loud, vicious, and occasionally a bit technical. Even less surprising is that I wasn't all that impressed by it...(I'm not a big fan of the three bands in question, at least their current incarnations.) Both Pantera and Crowbar come from New Orleans, Louisiana, which is what the title stands for.
