Well, I suppose you could say I bought this solely for the epic, psychedelic title track (which Slayer hilariously covered on the Less Than Zero soundtrack.) Legend has it that the song was originally called "In the Garden of Eden", but the lead singer was so wasted when they rehearsed it, he just mumbled the words...

Now here's something curious...I bought this CD for six bucks from Second Spin, and it turns out the thing is AUTOGRAPHED by 3 members of the band!! It's even got a ticket stub from a concert in 1988; I wonder how the original owner let this thing slip out of his collection?? Maybe he died and his family liquidated his collection...oh, and speaking of death, there was a news report in the spring of '99 that one of the original band members (can't remember which one) was driving through the mountains near L.A., when his car slipped off the road and crashed into a canyon, where his body lay undiscovered for FOUR YEARS!!!!! (I suppose the other members were wondering, "Why don't he write?")
