This CD was on my "buy" list for a long time, but I was torn between ordering the One Way Records version, which has 2 bonus tracks from Little Robbers, or the "remastered" Capitol edition, which has 4 or 5 bonus tracks, all remixes & demos and such. Finally, I located a used copy as part of a major 20% store sale score -- with NO bonus tracks whatsoever!! Oh well, I can live with that. The highlights here are "Mission of Mercy", a fast-paced rocker, and "So L.A.", one of the most beautifully haunting songs I've ever heard. (Puts Randy Newman to shame, don't it??)
