It took me a couple songs to realize it, and I did have to confirm it with my "rare CD connection" ...but yes, this is MINORU NIHARA singing! (You know, that Loudness guy...) Apparently this is a side project with another Loudness bloke that I never did get the name of. The sound is definitely late-era Loudness, i.e. fairly generic pop/power metal, but hey, I can live with it. :)
