"T-Ride""T-Ride"Here's a cute story: One day, on The Perpetual Motion Conference, some anonymous poster begged and pleaded to help him find a copy of this CD. One of the replies (which was 18 hours old, when I read it) said there was one copy IN STOCK at Second Spin. Well, I checked, and sure enough there it was. Now, this band wasn't even a blip on my priority list, but I'd heard the song "Backdoor Romeo" before and knew it was good...also, I was in a pissy mood, so I "snarfed it". :) Ain't I a stinker? (Oh, and next thing I knew, Coldie & WFU were searching desperately for a T-Ride CD for someone, who knows, maybe it was the same guy?)
Anyway...the music here is high-grade power metal, not exactly my style, but what makes the album work is the VOCALS!! Multiple harmonies, voices ranging from bass to soprano, that's what makes this rare CD a work of art for the ears. Originally I thought to contact that guy and offer him the CD for $50, but...naaah.
