Ah, here's a real blast from the past. I bought this on crappy vinyl when it came out in the late 80's, and while it failed to resonate with me right away, a friend of mine really liked it, so I sold the record to him. Years later, I can appreciate how tight & fast this metal trio really was. Some really WILD songs on here, especially "Revenge". (This CD's also considerably rare, which is why I've temporarily settled on a CDR copy...trust me, I'm looking out for a genuine version!)

"Ugly"

  1. "Rudest Awakening" (4:55)
  2. "Enemy Mine" (4:46)
  3. "Chameleon" (6:11)
  4. "I Breathe Fire" (4:00)
  5. "Ugly is to the Bone" (6:12)
  6. "Slow Burn"--instrumental (1:49)
  7. "Blood Flood" (6:14)
  8. "One Man Army" (5:41)
  9. "Spirit in Decay" (6:54)
  10. "Dead Man's Smile" (2:56)
  11. "Dreadnaught Day" (6:25)

Literally MINUTES after posting the "Fireball" CD on this page, I got email from a Wargasm fan who urged me to locate their other albums. Well, wouldn't you know it, some weeks later I find about half a dozen used, SEALED copies of this album, priced at 99 cents apiece! So of course I picked one up. Just like I said before, this one's fast and tight, quite enjoyable.

"Fireball"

  1. "Fireball" (3:42)
  2. "Dreadnaught Day"--video edit (3:46)
  3. "Wasteland"--live radio broadcast (5:00)
  4. "Enemy Mine"--live radio broadcast (4:49)
  5. "Revenge"--live radio broadcast (7:01)
  6. "Grievous Angel"--live radio broadcast (7:37)

Ten years after selling off their debut crappy vinyl record, I found this promo CD featuring a nice cover of Deep Purple's "Fireball", plus a studio track and four "live" songs performed on MIT's radio station. Good stuff, but I'm rather peeved at the juvenile idiot who sold this disc, as he felt it necessary to black out one of the guy's faces with a pen...he put so much ink on the booklet, that it's nearly worn a hole through!! Jesus Christ, the stupidity of some people...
