"Talent" is not a word you think of when listening to this album. Exene Cervenka's (sp?) voice is consistently whiny and off-key, and the guitars are fuzzy and constantly out of tune. Can't explain why, but I like it! "Hungry Wolf" is just blazingly fun, "Blue Spark" is simply okay, and "Motel Room in My Bed"...well, just the thought of that is downright hilarious. The band was pretty huge in the L.A. underground scene, and released oodles and oodles of albums, but they only had 2 other songs that I felt were worth listening to (can't remember what they were called, though.) Oh yeah, "Dancing with Tears in My Eyes" is NOT the Ultravox song!!
