Zöetrope
Obscure yet powerful speed metal band from Chicago. Their drummer also was in
Trouble for awhile (the band, not the condition...)

Reissued AT LAST...with a whopping EIGHT bonus tracks!!! Of course, most of them are
just demos, and the last few tracks REALLY suck in sound quality...but who cares, this CD
has never been released before. The first version of "Speed Zone" is from
Metal Massacre IV.

A nice heap o' crunchy, chewy speed metal, recently reissued by Century Media. Nice one
to sink your teeth into (if you couldn't tell.) Louie Svitek, who founded
Mind Funk and has also been a member of Ministry
and M.O.D., plays guitar on this album.
"Mind over Splatter"
- "Crack" (3:41)
- "Million Ways to Die" (3:03)
- "New World Order" (3:48)
- "Guilt by Association" (3:48)
- "Down and Out" (3:07)
- "It's My Life" (2:50)
- "New York Minute" (3:08)

- "Deceased Corpsmen" (2:41)
- "Splattered" (1:41)
- "Spilling of Blood" (3:02)
- "Tomorrow It's You" (4:31)
This CD came out several years after their first two albums, with practically NONE of the
original members! As expected, the sound is totally watered down and sounds like total crap.
So what's the purpose of owning it? Because, the song "New World Order" is a
Megadeth song, which wasn't even recorded by Megadeth until years
later!!
