THE CD GALLERY

Welcome to my CD Gallery. A while back I got the crazy idea to post my entire CD collection to the Internet, complete with album art, song listings and track times. Does this sound obsessive?? Well you should get to know me (and some of you already do ;-) These Galleries are not meant as "homepages" of the bands herein, nor are they all-inclusive of their work (though in some cases, it comes pretty close!) The opinions expressed within are entirely my own, and if you don't like it, I don't wanna hear it!! However, comments of praise and supplication are appreciated.
NOTICE: The new URL for this page is http://myspot.neteze.com/~space/gallery.htm, which you've undoubtedly figured out if you found your way here. I wanna thank my ISP for not informing me of the change until it had already happened, instead of three months ago when I called them and asked if their server upgrades were going to affect anything, and they said, "Oh, not at all! Don't worry about it!" Stupid lying bastards...UPDATE HISTORY:
5/15/04: New acquisitions are marked with
(well, duh!)
Not a lot of new CDs this month...why, you ask? Well, it's very simple...I bought myself a DVD player for Christmas, and guess where my CD budget is going?? It's amazing how simple it is to exchange one obsession for another...
So I suppose your next question is: "When can we expect a DVD Gallery?" Well...here's the thing. I'm hoping to FINALLY upgrade to DSL in the near future (probably by the end of summer), which (a) won't be through Netease, (b) will cost a helluva lot more than I'm paying now, and (c) almost certainly won't include enough webspace to host these pages. I suppose I could add one of those cheesy PayPal links begging for donations to keep this page running here, but...well, I'm not sure anybody's reading this anymore, ever since the URL got moved without telling me in advance (grr....) Seriously, I used to get six to ten emails per week, but since January, I've gotten only TWO! Only TWO STINKING EMAILS!! (Thank you, by the way.) I'm positive a lot of people just assumed I've vanished into cyberspace like so many other personal webpages that can no longer afford the bandwidth, which is ironic, since I've gotten no complaints from my ISP about the insane amount of traffic I used to get...
Nothing's written in stone yet, of course. So if any of my fans are still out there reading this, feel free to write me email begging me to stay online -- or telling me good riddance, whatever. :) That at least will tell me if there's still enough readers to bother continuing with this arduous obsession...oh, and offers of money and/or free hosting wouldn't hurt, either. (Hint, hint.)
