THE OUTLAW VINYL COLLECTION

A massive collection of tapes I made during the Great Vinyl Liquidation of 1990 (although the taping process went on intermittently for years afterwards.) Ironically, I think I spent more money on tapes than I received for selling the records -- oh well, at least I had the gifted foresight to dump all that crappy vinyl while it was still WORTH something!!

And here's something I just learned: Did you know, technically speaking, that it's ILLEGAL to own tapes of music if you sell the original CD/album??? Yup, under copyright law, when you buy an album you are only buying a "license" to use it for your own personal pleasure. What a crock of shit, in my opinion.
